MEMBER ENGAGEMENT ATTENDANT JOB DESCRIPTION: The Member Engagement Attendant supports the work of the YMCA of Southern Arizona, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position is responsible for greeting and checking-in members and program participants while providing accurate program information, directions, and clerical support to assist in creating a positive experience for all. Through intentional interactions, the Member Engagement Attendant will model excellent customer service in order to contribute to the overall success of the department, branch, and organization as a whole. NOTE: Candidate must be able to consistently work opening weekday shifts and occasional Saturdays.
